I felt so comfortable with the two of them and the work they did, while a bit disorganized as cables were floating around with speakers and stuff (highly recommend labeling your cables before you get there to keep it all straight for you and them!) "Excellent experience working with John. I called him on a Saturday expecting to have to leave a message and thought I'd have to drop my MacBook off the next week. Apple could not help me with their own machine, but John did, and he did it fast! I had been waiting for over a month for Apple. My MacBook has the weird "C" style USB ports, and I forgot to bring the adapter. John even offered to come and get it from my house in order to get the job done! My advice? Support your local businesses, especially the ones that provide a high level of customer care.
